Hundstein Tour
50 km - 70 km, 1,350 m – 1,600 m above sea level
At 2,117 m above sea level, the Hundstein is without doubt the highest summit in the region that can be conquered on bike.
On a perfect day, you will be able to enjoy a splendid panorama. Bikers will be able to view the peaks of the Dachstein, Hochkönig and Großvenediger mountains, among others.
Naturally, there are a number of routes to take visitors to the top of the Hundstein summit. These include spectacular single trails with 1,000 m difference in attitude.
As a matter of honour, make sure you sign your name in the special mountain bike summit conquerors’ book at the Statzerhaus (hut on Hundstein’s summit).
